This course is aimed at all professionals in the sector who know the balancing method in depth and are looking for a current way to differentiate and customize the ice cream offer.

 

OBJECTIVES::

The aim of the course is to make you autonomous to apply different types of low-calorie sweeteners thus obtaining an ice cream for diabetics and athletes.
In addition, at the end of the course, you will be able to independently balance the stabilizers in order to create your own neutral and be independent from others companies.
After the course you will also have the opportunity to be joined by the Facebook community of the Gelato Naturale Academy to deepen the issues addressed and clarify any doubts.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Have completed the basic natural ice cream course or be aware of the balancing techniques.
