We can create a customised recipe which meets your specific wishes. Each of our unique and special recipes are characterized by a strong personality, with the best flavour and purest quality which have always characterized our chocolate.
Our chocolate preparation process begins with mixing the following ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, deodorized cocoa butter, lecithin and natural vanilla. Then this mixture is refined in a mill in order to obtain a granulometry of 20 μ.
The chocolate is “conched” and tempered and is then ready to be sold as a liquid or to be modelled into a solid product.
