White Cream filling

Thanks to its delicate and neutral taste, this velvety cream is perfect to be used in pastry as a filling for croissants, muffins or cupcakes.
This product can not be used as it is: the cream must be heated above 35/40 ° C and once injected into the pastry it must be placed in the fridge, to allow the fats to crystallize properly.
